Josie has been a part of Utilita since 2018 and leads our Commercial Sales team with a focus on delivering a strong, reliable service. Known for her customer-first approach, Josie is passionate about building trust through clear communication and practical support. With her strategic insight and hands-on leadership, she helps businesses find the right solutions while ensuring they receive consistent, valuable service from start to finish.

With seven years of experience in Sales Operations, Tina makes sure our Commercial Sales team runs efficiently day-to-day. Tina takes a hands-on, practical approach to supporting the team and helping them deliver a consistently strong service. Her focus is simple: keeping everything working effectively so our customers get the best experience possible.
Arran Lord
Arran has been part of Utilita for almost a decade, working across both commercial and domestic teams, bringing a deep understanding of what means most to our customers. With hands-on experience in our Customer Experience team, Arran knows how to turn challenges into solutions and is driven by building relationships that are honest, collaborative and built to last.
